Personalized Care, From the Comfort of Home
Sometimes symptoms develop gradually over time. Other times they appear during periods of increased stress, major life transitions, health concerns, or unexpected challenges. Whatever brought you here, seeking support is an important first step.
At Solstice Healthcare, we provide telehealth psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy services for adults throughout Connecticut. Our goal is to help patients better understand what they are experiencing and develop practical, effective treatment plans that support long-term well-being.
Support for every challenge
Common Reasons Adults Seek Care
Adults commonly seek treatment for:
Anxiety
Depression
ADHD
OCD
Mood disorders
Stress and burnout
Sleep difficulties
Grief and loss
Major life transitions
Difficulty focusing, organizing, or managing responsibilities
Whether symptoms are recent or have been present for years, treatment can help improve daily functioning, relationships, emotional wellness, and quality of life.
We Focus on Understanding the Whole Picture
Mental health symptoms rarely exist in isolation.
Work demands, parenting responsibilities, caregiving for aging parents, relationship challenges, physical health concerns, sleep difficulties, and major life changes can all affect emotional well-being.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, our providers take time to understand the broader context of what you are experiencing. This allows us to develop personalized treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term goals.
ADHD in Adults
Many adults with ADHD describe feeling overwhelmed, disorganized, distracted, or constantly behind despite working hard and putting forth significant effort.
ADHD can affect:
- Time management
- Organization
- Productivity
- Relationships
- Self-confidence
- Academic and career performance
Some adults were diagnosed as children. Others seek evaluation for the first time after years of wondering why everyday tasks seem more difficult than they should.
Our providers have extensive experience evaluating and treating ADHD in adults and helping patients develop strategies that improve both functioning and confidence.
