UPDATED!! I have gotten 2 appointments, both of them I have had the doctor no show This is unprofessional My past review was not the fault of Solstice, but the person I was attempting to be seen by! Solstice has been beyond wonderful. I have been given life changing diagnosis and medical help in the past 5 months more than my Php has attempted in the past 13 years. We have made a bunch of progress and I am a much happier and well person. I am very glad higher ups intervened and made sure I was matched with a provider that took this seriously. Seriously life changing, I just wish I did it sooner

For the past three months, I have been using solstice healthcare for both a therapist and a medication prescriber. I can honestly say that the service has been top-notch. I do appreciate the telehealth aspect of it because I do not have much time off from work in which I can do office visits. Both of my providers are prompt, polite, and very easy to work with. They treat me with respect and dignity, and they are very concerned with getting me to my ideal state. Unlike providers of my past the solstice health providers are available through email and are very prompt with their responses. I gave them five Stars without hesitation!
